The basic feature included hydraulic cutting feed arrangements as per required length from panel box, VFD (AC Drive) for blade speed control, Hydraulic clamping, Hydraulic band tension, Hydraulic cutting down feed through Rexroth flow control valve and after cutting of material machine automatic stop and main frame go up. Complete Coolant, Hydraulic & Electrical System.
The cutting capacity ranges from 200mm (Round Dia) to 1200mm ( Round Dia) depending upon the cutting job .Also main drive capacity ranges from 3 HP to 25 HP, with motor capacity ranging from 1.0 HP to 3 HP and blade size also varies as per the capacity
